SOM Cohorts
Our bodies and our spirits already know the answers. All we have to do is listen and trust.
A Somatics of Money cohort is a group of up to 20 participants who share a 5-month experience together. In that time, the cohort will move through 15 virtual sessions and 2 in-person gatherings, using reflective and somatic activities to explore 12+ topics related to money.
We offer specific and distinct cohorts for movement builders and funders + investors to explore each group’s specific needs.

What To Expect From an SOM Cohort?

An in-person gathering to introduce SOM, the process, and agreements for the cohort, set individual and collective intentions, share some foundational somatic practices, and just be with each other and the land.

2 1:1 virtual check-ins with SOM Spaceholders to answer questions and explore anything you’re specifically holding.

A closing in-person gathering to celebrate ourselves, share individual and collective practical integration ideas, and create a container for the group to continue to deepen this work beyond the cohort.
